The movement stands aren't completed yet as I need to paint the edges and install a marker board on the rear for the unit designation.

Ed - Yes, they will be part of the Central Mississippi contingent if my planning comes to fruition.

JimColCampbell50https://www.blogger.com/profile/15910423749022189030noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1333873482292140078.post-87077664577328406822007-11-29T17:38:00.000-06:002007-11-29T17:38:00.000-06:00Nice work. Also, from personal experience, a very thin coat of paint over the magnetic movement tray doesn't seem to interfere with its magnetism . . . although I wouldn't try flocking, etc.

I use a paint color that is quite close to the treatment I give my bases and that seems to help the bases "blend" into the movement tray. You might consider this rather than leaving the tray in "magnet brown".

-- JeffStagonian Jeffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01374684052610155140noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1333873482292140078.post-11034574485567571632007-11-29T15:37:00.000-06:002007-11-29T15:37:00.000-06:00Those are some handsome looking figures you've pai...Those are some handsome looking figures you've painted there.
